Yesterday was "field trip to the library day", a semi-bi-monthly occurrance - mostly because our local library is REALLY small, and by now Ronan had read almost all the age appropriate books they have. One of the books we picked up was Chicken Butt, one of his favorites. (It's a short but funny kids book, good for ages 3+, provided you don't mind the use of the word "butt". It is written by Erica S. Perl. Go check it out! )
So today I'm making soap when Ronan pipes up with, "You should make chicken butt soap!" and bursting into a giggle fit. I ask him what exactly that should smell like, and he responds with, "Eggs of course. Duuuuhhhh. Man, parents don't know anything about chickens!"
